From the Brush of Artist - My name is Matteo Stucchi and i am a pastry chef for catering company. I live near to Monza. I am 23 years old. I get the idea by seeing other artists on the web who create an interplay between objects and food; and by that, I focused myself on my dessert, in order to make them in a different and innovative way, using all my fantasy trying to surprise my followers.
